Do you offer digitals?
YES! All of my collections include ALL INCLUSIVE digital files so that you have every image from your session with me!
How much does it cost?
A $250 deposit is required to secure your date (this fee is transferrable but non-refundable) this retainer will go towards your order and the remaining balance is due 5 days before your session date. The session fee includes the pre-consultation, retainer fee, and professional photo retouching. For more information and detailed pricing, please fill out the form on the Contact page.
how do i receive more info or book a shoot?
Please fill out the form on our contact page and within 48 hours I will send you my client magazine which has all of the details there is to know about the Ben Riley Experience! Once you are ready to book, simply reply to that email with your desired date and I will send over the online contract and link to pay your retainer fee.
how far in advance should i schedule my session?
The earlier the better! I often book out weeks and even months in advance. Fall sessions are usually booked by Summer, and Spring Sessions are usually booked during the Winter months. Please ask however!
When will i be able to see my images?
About 1-2 weeks following your session I will upload your images to a custom online gallery where you can download them straight to your computer or smartphone! You may also order custom products on this gallery in the comfort of your home!
how long does it take to receive my products?
Once your portrait order has been placed on your online gallery, it usually takes 2 weeks for your full order to be in your hands! Quick and easy at top tier quality.
should i get hair & makeup done?
Yes! Hair & Makeup, no matter how light or dramatic you would like it, is a huge part of your experience! I want you to not only look, but also feel your best. Shae Parrott knows exactly how to enhance your natural beauty while still looking like YOU.
how long does my session last?
Most sessions usually last 1 to 3 hours giving us plenty of time to fit in the outfits you bring to your session for the collection that you choose!
what if there is bad weather on the day of my shoot?
Don’t worry, I always leave days open during the week for reschedules. I will notify you asap if I do have to reschedule, however I usually only reschedule if there is either a 50% or higher chance of rain. If it’s overcast don’t worry your pictures will still look amazing and my clients love cloudy days!
what should I wear?
No worries because my clients receive a What to Wear Guide that they use ALL THE TIME even after their photoshoot!! This is an online guide that lets you know which colors work best for your skin tone and what types of outfits look best for your body type. Everything is catered to you to make the most out of your photoshoot!
Where do i change my clothes?
We travel from location to location and why change in your car? I have a pop-up changing station where you can easily change in and out of your outfits during your session privately. Gotcha covered.. literally!
Can i see your products before i order?
I would never allow you to order anything without having you see, touch, and hold exactly what you will be ordering from me. I bring my products to your session so you can see everything you are interested in purchasing! You may take photos and I can even send you mock-ups of how the products will look like in your home!
